Executive Strategies
James C. Farber (CIC, LIC) is President and CEO of Executive Strategies, Inc. (“ESI”), a national retail and wholesale specialty insurance agency he formed in July 2000. ESI is dedicated exclusively to the insurance and risk related needs of the staffing industry. In 1998, he developed the first group Property & Casualty insurance program for the National Technical Service Association (NTSA), whose membership was staffing firms throughout the United States specializing in technical and professional placements. NTSA recently merged with the American Staffing Association (ASA).
For the prior 14 years of his career, Mr. Farber held various positions in the retail brokerage arena, working with professional service firms, staffing companies and many of the industries served by the staffing industry.
Prior to entering the agency/brokerage system, Mr. Farber was an underwriter with Victor O. Schinnerer & Co., Inc., the Managing General Agent for CNA’s professional liability insurance program for Architects and Engineers. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan, a Licensed Insurance Counselor, a Property, Casualty, Life & Health Agent and a Surplus Lines Broker. |
