As owner and CEO of RCS Services, Trish McCall has an extensive background in the staffing industry with areas of expertise in workers compensation, ADA regulations, claims management, and designing executable, enforceable, and defensible loss control and loss prevention programs. As a recognized and respected authority on workers compensation risk management programs for the staffing industry, Trish has a unique ability to communicate to clients the methodology of merging business objectives with proven, profit-building, loss control solutions.

Since joining RCS in 1992, Trish has managed every facet of the company, up to her promotion to President in 1997. In the summer of 2001, Trish expanded her relationship with RCS by assuming ownership. Her unvarying and substantiated confidence in the benefits the clients realize when applying the RCS program and principles renews her enthusiasm each time she explains the program. As an entrepreneur at heart, Trish understands the critical nature of cost containment contributing to the success of the company - which is the heart of the RCS program.

In 1990, Trish had the responsibility of Customer Service Manager and Executive Administrator for AdPlex, a full service advertising, printing, and distribution firm. At AdPlex her responsibilities included oversight and management of the top three client accounts as well as the customer service staff.
