Kyle Hutton is the Executive Vice President of RCS Services. Recognized as a dynamic trainer with a reputation for delivering informational, profit-building seminars, Kyle has educated over 200 companies in 46 states. His ability to translate operational thoughts and processes into profit-building strategies has earned him the respect of owners, shareholders, and line-level personnel. Kyle has extensive consultative experience in human resources issues including workers compensation risk management and loss control, ADA and EEOC compliance, interviewing methodologies, substance abuse and background screening, accident/ injury reporting protocols, carrier relations and many more of the issues that determine the profitability of his clients.
Kyle joined RCS in February of 1994 in a sales/marketing capacity and quickly identified products and services to enhance the risk management programming of RCS clients. He was responsible for founding the RCS Substance Abuse Solutions division and quickly built division sales to over a million dollars annually. In 1997, newly named President Trish McCall transitioned Kyle from sales to the position of Vice President. In 2001, after becoming McCall's minority partner, Trish named Kyle to the position of Executive Vice President. In his operational capacity Kyle continues to lead the Sales and Marketing efforts of the organization while aiding Trish with the oversight of RCS.
Prior to his career with RCS, Kyle spent time in the retail industry with retail giant May Department Store Corporation. It was during this time that he began to identify problems in the workers compensation arena. His desire to learn more about workers comp and its effect on corporate profitability lead him into discussions with RCS. Prior to retail, Kyle earned his BA in Marketing from Texas A&M University. |
