Bill Nagel
President
Risk Control Services
Bill Nagel began his insurance risk management career with NCCI, the National Counsel on Compensation Insurance, in 1979. After three years with NCCI, he became a staffing service franchise owner in the Midwest, ultimately relocating to Houston, Texas. Bill has held various positions within the staffing service industry ranging from
franchise owner to regional vice president to partner.
Applying his workers compensation experience in controlling losses and rate-making knowledge, Bill developed a system of effective policies and procedures that are the core concepts of the RCS methodology.
In 1990, he founded RCS to specialize in providing risk management/loss control consulting services for the staffing industry. In 1996, Bill left RCS to become chief risk officer for a national staffing firm and president/owner of Genesis Consulting Services, Inc, also a risk management consulting operation. In 2002, he once again joined RCS in an advisory capacity.
Bill has been instrumental in creating both traditional and alternative workers compensation insurance programs for the staffing industry, beginning in 1992 with the formation of a captive insurance company. These programs are underwritten by some of the largest A-rated carriers in the world who recognize RCS as the industry leader in providing effective risk management and loss control to distressed classes of business. |
