Rita Franklin , RN, JD, is the Director of Risk Management and Quality Improvement for ATC Healthcare Services, Inc. Ms. Franklin has been in this role for the past 10 years and has overall responsibility for the risk management and clinical departments of the company.

Ms. Franklin received nursing degrees from Georgia Southwestern University and Kennesaw State University. She has practiced nursing in the areas of critical care and flight transport. Ms. Franklin received a law degree from Washburn University and practiced criminal law prior to joining ATC.
