Andi, a seasoned staffing industry insider with 11 years of experience, serves as a full-time Risk Manager at Hire Dynamics, recognized as one of the fastest growing privately held staffing and recruitment companies in the U.S for the past three years (Staffing Industry Report). The company has grown from $2 million to $50 million in seven years. Hire Dynamics was voted as the #1 “Best Places to Work” in

Georgia and

As the Risk Manager, Andi is directly responsible for risk and safety programs on the skilled staffing business side, contract administration, claims management, and regulatory compliance issues. She is also responsible for customer onsite evaluations and all corporate risk and safety training programs.
Prior to Hire Dynamics, Andi spent 10 years with a global staffing company where she held multiple mid-to-senior level management positions in operations and sales including HR Solutions Manager, Senior Account Manager and National Operations Manager. Her responsibilities extended from operational policies and procedures, customer reporting compliance, turnover management to development of national workforce solutions, liaison with field operations, and guidance and direction to On-site agents.
Andi is a graduate of
PiedmontCollege in
Demorest,
Georgia. Also, she has OSHA 30 certification, and is a volunteer with Junior Achievement of Georgia where she teaches The JA Success Skills (work readiness) program to high school students.
